We offer Great Benefits or 25% More Pay in Lieu of Benefits! Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
*Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
Direct day to day functions of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, assuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and processes. According to facility policy and procedure, assure that all members of the interdisciplinary team are aware of and understand changes in resident nursing and/or medical plan of care.
The RN Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to: Responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty. Serve as Administration's representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator.
li>RNs who provide in-home care or who work in a care facility can supervise the work of licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing assistants or home care aides. - Registered nurses (RNs) monitor patients, develop patient care plans, implement treatments and provide guidance.
