About the Position: Wellness Nurse provides compassionate care to clients, residents, and patients; Assesses, plans, coordinates, and implements effective care with Life Care At Home clients and Independent Living residents at Montgomery Place: Administers medications, treatments, updates documentation and responds to emergency calls in an accurate and timely manner; Provides guidance to non-licensed care staff to help ensure continuity of care. Offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, as well as a 40-bed Skilled Nursing Unit providing Long-term Care and Short-term, sub-acute rehab services.
