The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care for multiple clinical specialties by providing direction and direct oversight for the clinical support staff (RN's, LPN's, and PCT's), and in the absence of the physicians, providing clinical insight and support for the practice's non-clinical staff. Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities including symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
