Skills required: Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions), Oasis, hospice philosophy, infection control practices, wound vacs, wound care, PICC line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, drains, critical thinking skills, catheter insertion, drains. Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: 18 y/o + (no peds), wd care, wd vacs, Pleurx drains, cath (foley and SP), feeding tubes, IVs (peripheral and PICCs/Ports), DM, HF, med and disease mgmt.
