Our multidisciplinary team provides psychiatric medical care, case management, therapy, and crisis intervention services in both clinic and community settings, helping clients access housing, primary care, benefits, employment, substance use treatment, and other essential supports. The Licensed Vocational Nurse exercises medical responsibilities for psychiatric evaluation and health assessment, medication administration including monitoring for side effects, monitoring for changes in health and mental health status, coordinating care with prescribers, making referrals for additional care, and pharmacy coordination and communication, as part of the treatment team.
