Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) is an Aetna organization comprised of 10 distinct specialty businesses with a wide range of product offerings for plan sponsors, spread across 6 teams: Third Party Administrator (TPA) Retail and Wholesale, Aetna International, Student Health, Federal Plans, Dental & Vision, and Supplemental Health. This individual contributor role reports directly to the DCS Chief of Staff and partners closely with the DCS leadership team (AVP, VP, and SVP level stakeholders) to run the operating rhythm and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
