Duties:/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./li/ulpAbout Maintain at least one lifeguard in the chair during weekends, holidays, or as directed by the General Manager./liliEnsure continuous pool supervision by taking breaks only when another lifeguard is on duty to assume responsibilities, including during meal breaks and restroom visits./liliMaintain cleanliness of pool deck, lounge chairs, and tables to ensure the safety of those in the area./liliStraighten pool furniture and clean all pool areas at the beginning of each shift, throughout the day, and at the end of each shift so that the safety of the members will be protected, and the pool area will maintain its polished image./liliUnlock pool office and open restrooms at the beginning of each shift, ensuring cleanliness and neatness.
