Communicates effectively with pool patrons, lifeguards, the Aquatics Supervisor, and the Recreation Programmer by answering questions, complaints, and inquiries; documenting and reporting staff and patron issues; recording equipment in need of repair; and attending all required supervisor meetings and trainings.
