The Dietery Accommodation Cook is a core member of our independent school dining team, dedicated to ensuring that every student—regardless of severe food allergies, medical dietary restrictions, or sensory/picky eating needs—receives safe, nutritious, and appealing meals. Responsibilities Include: Managing allergen-safe prep areas, executing strict cross-contamination protocols, substituting ingredients to maintain meal appeal for picky/sensory-sensitive eaters, and following medical dietary request forms.
