JOURNEYMAN LINEMEN- "Journeyman Linemen shall be skilled workers having three (3) or more years experience in this trade or having been previously classed by the Company as First Class Linemen, who possess the required knowledge, skills, physical abilities, and competencies to perform any work he or she may be called upon to do on the Company's transmission and distribution lines. Identify defective sectionalizing devices, circuit breakers, fuses, voltage regulators, transformers, switches, relays or wiring, using wiring diagrams and electrical testing instruments.
