Structure, draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements supporting Ezee Fiber’s network expansion and infrastructure deployment, including joint-build agreements, fiber construction and supply agreements, dark fiber leases, indefeasible rights of use (IRUs), colocation agreements, and other network infrastructure and connectivity agreements. • Monitor, research, and analyze federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and regulatory developments affecting Ezee Fiber’s network infrastructure, fiber deployment, construction, access rights, and related operations; advise executive leadership and business partners on associated legal and regulatory risks.
