Creates business-oriented legal reports and correspondence and effectively presents legal information to senior management; helps to lead regulatory and enforcement matters which involves drafting and preparing of contracts or regulatory filings, as appropriate, and/or testimonies and reports, and advocating company positions at hearings. Responsibilities include supporting capital markets, bank financing, and securitization transactions; advising on compliance with securities laws and corporate governance requirements; and coordinating with business stakeholders, outside counsel, financial advisors, trustees, regulators, and other third parties to address complex legal and business issues.
