The Litigation Paralegal supports the firm's litigation team by managing critical casework from case inception through resolution, working with attorneys to respond efficiently to arbitration demands, complaints, discovery, hearings, and settlements. The position has broad responsibility across case administration, document drafting, court and claims tracking, and settlement coordination, with a particular focus on supporting litigation workflow.
