Works with clients on REACH program (helps them complete packets, works with them on developing skills/character qualities, and facilitates checkpoints for clients to move to next stage).Communicates effectively with cottage team, both verbally and in writing, regarding treatment progress, planning decisions, problems, etc. EOE.This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of all of the following: background checks (fingerprints required), drug test, reference checks, Department of Justice National sex offender search, Ohio (and other states of residence) Alleged Perpetrator Search, as well as other checks as required by our licensing agency.
