Work closely with TMX VettaFi and the strategic procurement team on all types of contracts, including: technology and intellectual property licensing, third party data licensing and compliance, user engagement, consent management, and analytics platforms and other technology related to the company's digital properties, software development, SaaS, PaaS, cloud, outsourcing, professional services, support services and service levels, proof of concept, consulting services, leases, purchasing, distribution, revenue share and other commercial agreements. Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and provide advice on commercial matters, including: Support commercial transactions, including strategic projects and global business alliances, involving working with clients, suppliers and internal and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
