Responsibilities will vary depending on client needs and the nature of a matter, but will generally include: Develop litigation strategy and draft substantive pleadings for matters throughout the globe, ranging from data protection, defamation, IP infringement, consumer protection, contract and other disputes, and oversee on-the-ground counsel to implement strategy.
