Location & Work Type Location: Atlanta, GA Work Type: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite Key Responsibilities Manage large portfolio of warranty litigation, including working with outside counsel through the length of the case, aiding in reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery responses, helping develop effective defense strategies, and negotiating with opposing counsel.
