In this role you will provide legal advice and support to front office bankers, product origination and management partners, and risk, compliance, operations and other infrastructure personnel relating to the provision of treasury solutions for Barclays’ corporate and financial institution clients, including cash deposits and payments services (ACH, checks, etc.), escrow services, loans, letters of credit, and receivables financing. You will advise on the structuring, negotiation, syndication, and post-closing management of a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged and investment grade acquisition financings, sustainability-linked and green loans, project financings, asset-based loans, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, and working capital and liquidity facilities.
