Support planning and execution of litigation-focused client events, sponsorships, industry conferences, and roundtables by assisting attorneys with identifying strategic engagement opportunities, coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and conducting post-event research.
li> Support direct marketing and business development programs including planning and executing podcast and video recordings, seminars, sponsorships, and other events pursued by the firm including serve as central resource for logistics (e.g., meeting rooms, telephone and video conferencing needs, event set-up, delivering materials etc.); manage communications including invitations and RSVPs, meeting invites, internal socializing and external communications; leveraging appropriate teams within the Firm to support various tasks including RSVPs, CLE credit, catering, etc. and attending meetings and events to provide support on-site. Attend regular practice group meetings with the firms Management Committee coordinate preparation with practice leadership reporting on business development activities and progress against business plans including financial performance pipeline matte r activity and market trends. Duties and Responsibilities Practice Group & Individual Lawyer Planning Consult with practice group leadership to develop business development plans for assigned groups and individuals including fiscal year plans and strategic initiatives manage execution track progress and report on performance against defined goals and metrics.
