This role is responsible for overseeing case managers, evaluating cases, advising clients, ensuring negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel are maximized, and driving cases to resolution efficiently. The Attorney also serves as the functional leader of the pre-litigation team, providing day-to-day guidance, oversight, and direction to ensure consistency in case handling, workflow efficiency, and overall team performance.
