The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:State of California: $84,000 - $112,000State of Colorado: $67,000 - $92,000State of Illinois: $72,000 - $98,000State of Maryland: $70,000 - $98,000State Massachusetts: $76,000 - $90,000State of Minnesota: $89,000 - $100,000Jersey City, NJ: $85,000 - $116,000State of New York: $79,000 - $116,000State of Washington: $78,000 - $106,000Washington, DC: $85,000 - $115,000The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non‑guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance. Position will focus on New England asbestos practice and functions specific to litigation practice may include discovery, deposition preparation, investigation, trial and mediation preparation, analysis of factual information, assistance in preparation of pleadings, motions and/or briefs, management of document production databases and case management databases and trial participation.
