We Know You: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm, including case preparation from beginning to end and an understanding of a paralegal’s role in the litigation life cycle (especially written discovery and expert discovery) and knowledge of Virginia state and federal court procedures.
