The Bilingual Licensed Therapist will perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized treatment plans, educate staff and clients on stress and trauma coping mechanisms, provide individuals with the resources they need to reach personal goals, monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed. Perform the following with or without reasonable accommodations: Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, and be able to perceive the attributes of objects such as size, shape, temperature, and/or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of the fingertips.
