Maintain assigned caseload; Providing direct care to clients - including assessments of the new patients, individual counseling, discharge planning, treatment plans, daily progress notes, daily groups, group note completion and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments. This care will include, but not limited to, individual counseling, group facilitation, lectures, orientation for new patients, discharge & aftercare planning, and case management of clients assigned.
