In partnership with the CRR Residential Coordinator, the CRR Mental Health Worker provides a continuum of services, including system advocacy, informational/referral, supportive counseling, family and resident education, and crisis intervention / stabilization. Under the direction of the Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) Residential Supervisor, the Mental Health Worker is a direct care position that will provide for the safety and well-being of each resident within the home and facilitate community involvement/interaction in cooperation with the residents, staff and administration.
