As an Assistant Professor, Counseling, you will teach core and clinical mental health counseling specialization courses in the CMHC master's degree program; advise and mentor counseling students; establish/continue a strong and independent program of research; provide service to the counseling profession at local, state, and/or national levels; and participate collaboratively in program, department, college, and university service and shared governance. You may also provide clinical supervision to practicum and internship students and contribute to the development and delivery of CMHC concentration areas such as addictions counseling, couple and family counseling, and play therapy.
