QUALIFICATIONS: · Masters Degree in Behavioral health (MSW, MFT, MHC) and licensed by New York State, with minimum of one year clinical work experience in the chemical dependence field. · Prepare referral material for clients to secure services from other community resources, such as SPA services, housing, case management, vocational services and/or otherwise.
