Key Responsibilities • Load materials onto trucks in a safe, accurate, and timely manner according to delivery schedules and load requirements• Inspect and verify all materials prior to loading to ensure correct quantities, product condition, and order accuracy• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment to transport, stage, and position materials as trained and authorized• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace, including loading areas, staging zones, and surrounding work environments• Follow all company safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and warehouse operating policies at all times• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, supervisors, and team members to support coordinated loading operations• Lift, carry, and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs. and repetitive material handling• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete in-house forklift training (no prior certification required)• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and accuracy in task execution• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team• Commitment to working in a drug- and alcohol-free workplace and adherence to all company policies Work Environment This position is performed in a warehouse and loading-yard environment and may involve exposure to outdoor conditions, varying temperatures, and industrial equipment.
