In the Critical Care setting performs: Admission history and physical examination, orders appropriate diagnostic tests (laboratory, diagnostic imaging, cardiology) as needed and evaluates results. Daily orders for therapies and interventions, including, but not limited to, furnishing medications, diagnostic tests, respiratory care including ventilator management, nutrition, fluid and electrolyte support, and blood and blood products.
