The PCB Supplier Industrialization Engineer (SIE) is the subject matter expert on rigid, high-layer-count, and high-density interconnect (HDI) PCB manufacturing processes, laminate materials,and fabrication rulesets, and will be responsible for supplier audits, qualifications, and supplierselections for the high-end PCBs in Tesla s electronics portfolio. Strong understanding of core fabrication steps: electroless and electrolytic copper plating, sequential lamination, microvia formation, laser and mechanical drilling, DES, oxide/bond enhancement, AOI, impedance control, and electrical test.
