Essential Functions: Handle the installation and troubleshooting of Control and Mechanical Systems, in order to automate upstream and downstream processing equipment i.e. Mixers, Coaters, Pouchers, Cartoners, Packaging Lines, Laboratory Equipment, Facility Systems, Stability Chambers, BMS, Water System Controls, Tablet Press, Fluid Bed Dryers, Granulators, and Vision Systems as well as upload and download PLC programs. Description: The Senior Automation Technician will troubleshoot and repair equipment related to Electronics and programmable logic controller (PLC) breakdowns.
