Job Duties: Crew Supervision & Training: Supervise, direct, and evaluate a crew of 5 to 8 inmates performing a comprehensive range of landscaping tasks, including tree and bush pruning, plant care, lawn maintenance, weed removal, sprinkler system repair, and seasonal activities like scalping, over-seeding, and fertilizing. You will provide comprehensive oversight for a full spectrum of landscaping tasks, including tree and bush pruning, plant care, mowing, edging, weed removal, sprinkler system repair, and vital seasonal maintenance activities such as scalping, over-seeding, and fertilizing.
