Perform functions associated with Commercial and Agriculture Loans: Actively assist in the loan origination process for new and renewal loan requests by assisting Lenders, loan production, underwriting and/or others, including but not limited to, starting online loan applications and running pricing models in Sageworks, producing Client Relationship Summary sheets in Marquis, managing lender's renewal pipeline proactively, communicating with lenders and clients on information needed and completing workflow tasks in Sageworks. Assist loan production and underwriting with information requests needed to complete a loan package, including but not limited to, required financial documents, specific loan related project or purchase documents, client entity documents, personal identification verification documents and evidence of insurance for collateral securing loans.
