This role executes tasks within Loan Servicing, including payment processing, account research, error resolution, escrow activity, payoff and release requests, tickler and report review, and other servicing functions, while supporting efficient workflow and service delivery across the Loan Servicing structure. The Loan Servicing Representative performs a wide variety of customer service, clerical, technical, and loan servicing support functions for internal and external customers.
