PREFFERED EXPERIENCE: 6-10 years of leadership experience in a Cement and / Lime/Minerals Industry having worked in the following or comparable previous roles: Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, Mine/Quarry Manager, and/or Quality Manager. He/she is accountable for the entire plant operations with overall responsibility for plant safety performance people engagement, production, maintenance, mining, quality, compliance, financial performance / cost control as well as all other production-related activities of the plant.
