This role provides essential support to the organization by ensuring accurate and compliant loan servicing functions, including but not limited to: Servicing various types of loans Ensuring proper booking of new loans, renewals, amendments, and letters of credit Researching and analyzing requests for validity and within scope of authority Updating loan-customer information, loan coding, collateral data, payment posting, corrections, and waiving fees or interest Preparing payoff requests and completing Credit and Mortgage verification requests Handling incoming/outgoing telephone inquiries concerning loan information.
Required Skills & Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Three to Five years previous financial services experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge of lending practices and procedures Effective oral and written communications skills and the ability to work well with others and interact with Banks, Lenders, and Officers A critical thinker and problem solver with an eye on continuous improvement Ability to work independently with little supervision.
