This position works closely with the Post Closing Manager, title/settlement agents, warehouse banks, custodians, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure all final documents are received, perfected, and delivered within required timelines. Monitor outstanding collateral deficiencies, including recorded mortgages/deeds of trust, final title policies, assignments, endorsements, gap coverage, powers of attorney, and other investor-required documentation.
