li>Collaborates with the vice president for information and instructional technology to ensure effective communication, coordination, and planning for electronic student and administrative systems and databases to meet Student Affairs' operational needs and ensure correct functioning and accuracy of student records, published program and course requirements, the master schedule, Student Educational Plans, Curriculum Guidelines, College Catalog, Student Affairs Handbook, as well as the interface of these systems with the learning management system.
An incumbent may perform any combination of the below listed accountabilities:
Supports the vice president for academic affairs in providing strategic direction, vision and collegewide oversight for student affairs, including academic advising, new student orientation, first year experience, admissions, recruitment, career services, financial aid, student life, military support, disabilities support, mental health resources, athletics, wellness, student conduct, and other student supports.
