We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Supply Tech/Logistician II to join our team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and preserving government property accountability in accordance with the NAVSUP Publication P723 for NWCF-Stock Material. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of DoW logistics and property management systems. Property Accountability (Primary Functional Area Ownership)<ul><li>Execute and maintain government property accountability in accordance with NAVSUP P-723 and NAVSUP P-485.</li><li>Process property transactions including receipts, transfers, and excess actions within approved systems.</li><li>Generate and validate documentation such as Line Item Receiving Reports (LIRRs).</li><li>Perform routine audits and reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.</li><li>Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies within assigned functional area.</li></ul>Inventory & Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records using approved systems (e.g., CMPRO, CAV-RP, ERP, eRMS).</li><li>Perform and support cycle counts, location audits, receiving, stowing, staging, and issuing of materials.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and preservation of all materials in accordance with government and OEM guidance.</li><li>Support warehouse operations while maintaining strict inventory control standards.</li></ul>Logistics & Material Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate material movement, shipments, and deliveries to support project and fleet requirements.</li><li>Track and provide status updates on material flow and logistics activities.</li><li>Assist with delivery of materials using a contract-provided vehicle, as required.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, transportation providers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.</li><li>Support cross-site logistics efforts when required.</li></ul> Systems & Data Management<ul><li>Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance across government systems (CMPRO, CAV-RP, Navy ERP, eRMS, PDREP, One Touch).</li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all logistics and inventory data.</li><li>Utilize system workflows to process transactions and support reporting requirements.</li></ul>Project & Financial Support (Intermediate Level)<ul><li>Provide logistics support for projects involving material procurement, repair, and installation activities.</li><li>Assist with tracking material requirements, order status, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Support basic cost tracking and accountability for material purchases and logistics actions.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining alignment between material support and project requirements.</li></ul>Communication & Team Support<ul><li>Provide clear and consistent status updates to team leads and government stakeholders (e.g., NIWC IPT leads).</li><li>Support coordination across multiple functional areas and locations.</li><li>Assist in maintaining continuity of operations within assigned logistics function.</li></ul>Requirements  <ul><li>U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a logistics or warehouse role, which must include:<ul><li>Familiarity with financial management principles as they apply to logistics and inventory (e.g., budget tracking, cost analysis for acquisitions).</li><li>Familiarity with providing logistics support for DoW projects involving electronic/electrical repair, installation, and material acquisition.</li><li>Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Knowledge of Navy Electronic Retrograde Management System (ERMS)</li><li>Familiarization with NAVY CAV RP and CMPRO a plus.</li><li>Experience with database management.</li><li>Knowledge of property accountability systems, with a strong preference for experience with NAVSUP P723 and P485.</li></ul></li><li>Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications (Preferred)<ul><li>Experience with NAVSUP P-723 / P-485 property accountability procedures</li><li>Experience supporting DoD or Navy logistics operations</li><li>This role requires the ability to gain and maintain access to various DoW systems as needed. The candidate should be capable of obtaining access to most or all of the following: CMPRO, CAV-RP, NAVY ERP, eRMS, PDREP, and One-Touch. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, who can perform a variety of functions under competing deadlines. The Logistician will join a team delivering acquisition management strategy and execution for federal government clients. Scope of Responsibilities: * Provide integrated logistics and logistics documentation support to a government program office supporting expeditionary and operational systems. * Assist with development, review, maintenance, and publication of logistics documentation, technical data, provisioning documentation, lifecycle support products, and sustainment artifacts. * Support logistics planning and coordination activities associated with fielding, sustainment, inventory management, maintenance planning, and operational readiness. * Assist with tracking and managing logistics requirements, action items, risk areas, and program deliverables across multiple stakeholders and integrated product teams (IPTs). * Learn and understand command and organizational relationships to effectively communicate logistics information across government, contractor, and operational stakeholders. * Evaluate current logistics and documentation processes and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and program execution. * Assist with maintaining consistency with product/system performance, configuration, functional and physical attributes, and lifecycle support requirements throughout the product lifecycle. * Assist with technical and business analyses, metrics development, data collection, and reporting for assigned projects and logistics efforts. * Coordinate meetings and working groups; capture meeting minutes; track action items; and facilitate collaboration efforts to meet project objectives and deadlines. * Conduct quality assurance reviews on logistics products, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and directives. * Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices utilizing the Microsoft Office 365 tool suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power BI capabilities where applicable. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. * Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting DoD or Federal Government logistics, sustainment, acquisition, or lifecycle management efforts. * Demonstrated experience supporting logistics documentation, sustainment planning, provisioning, inventory management, or lifecycle logistics activities. * Demonstrated strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize technical and programmatic information into clear, concise reports, briefings, and executive summaries. * Demonstrated experience conducting analysis to support programmatic and operational decision-making. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Active DoD Secret clearance. Desired Qualifications: * Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification in Life Cycle Logistics or related acquisition field. * Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps, Navy, or NIWC organizations, processes, and procedures. * Experience supporting expeditionary, tactical, C4ISR, intelligence, or communications systems. * Experience with provisioning, maintenance planning, inventory tracking, or technical documentation development. * Experience with ICAPS (Interactive Computer-Aided Provisioning System), PDREP (Product Deficiency Reporting and Evaluation Program), ILIT (Integrated Logistics Information Tool), or related logistics systems. * Experience supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. * Experience with lessons learned programs, configuration management, and/or MS Project. * Familiarity with logistics readiness reporting, fielding support, or sustainment operations.
