As the first point of contact for employees and managers, coordinators deliver high-volume, high-accuracy service across HR transactions, data, leave, employee relations support, and employee questions, creating a consistently excellent employee experience. They partner closely with People Business Partners, keeping the work moving, the data clean, and the PBP fully informed, and work alongside Total Rewards, Benefits and Mobility, and Talent Acquisition so programs run smoothly.
