Communicate operational issues promptly, including damaged product, inventory discrepancies, equipment failures, maintenance needs, unscheduled shipments, customer concerns, driver or truck issues, accidents, incidents, and other exceptions. The Warehouse Manager reports to the VP/General Manager and works closely with leads, shipping and receiving staff, inventory personnel, equipment operators, housekeeping staff, the Transportation Manager, and corporate staff.
