RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, execute, and continuously evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies, programs, and initiatives that optimize inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance, directly enabling the achievement of aggressive volume, cost, and profitability targets while supporting rapid business growth. Establish and manage robust carrier performance management frameworks, including the design and maintenance of comprehensive KPIs, scorecards, and real-time reporting tools; leverage data analytics to identify trends, drive measurable operational improvements, and ensure the overall health and resilience of the global logistics network.
