The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, purchasing, production planning, inventory management, customer service, warehousing, shipping, receiving, transportation, supplier management, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). The Supply Chain Manager drives OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a high-performing, accountable team and proactively managing supply chain risks to support business growth and operational excellence.
