The Business Development Manager’s primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth for the company’s freight forwarding services. The Business Development Manager is tasked with establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those requirements. The Truck Transportation Manager (TTM) is responsible for the overall safety,performance, cost, and marketing of the companies trucking operations. The TTM willdetermine best practices and will manage all aspects of IOC Trucking activities toinclude supporting inter-company trucking requirements, contracting service withoutside trucking customers, as well as contracting with outside trucking serviceproviders as needed.
