The successful candidate is responsible for directing custodial and grounds operations for university-owned and leased facilities; overseeing event support and moving services; serving as the primary liaison for major event setups and physical relocations; managing space requests and maintaining space management records and systems; leading staff recruitment, training, development, and supervision; overseeing budgets, purchasing, and expense management; tracking sustainability initiatives and recycling efforts; and supporting capital project tracking and small project management. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a maintenance or customer service-related operation, strong skills in planning, budgeting, staff leadership, communication, and records management, and knowledge of facilities operations, Microsoft Office, and CMMS programs.
