JOB DUTIES: Lead outbound shipping operations by planning labor, assigning work, balancing parcel and LTL/TL priorities, monitoring dock and trailer flow, and ensuring customer and carrier cutoff requirements are met. Resolve shortages, damages, mis-shipments, carrier delays, documentation gaps, order holds, system issues, safety concerns, staffing needs, and service risks with internal partners and leadership.
