In this role, you will be is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing logistics, inventory flow, material handling activities and purchasing activities that support daily kitchen production, this role focuses on coordinating the receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across cold storage, dry storage, and production areas. The Procurement/Logistics Supervisor operates material-handling equipment, including forklifts, ensures compliance with logistics, food safety, and safety procedures, and provides on-shift direction to Logistics and Production Associates to ensure materials are available safely, efficiently, and on time.
