For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10px 0px;border:1px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1em;margin:0px">Job Responsibilities</h2></div><div><p><strong>Event Preparation and Post Event Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Pack all catering equipment, service ware, linens, and supplies based on event orders and packing lists.</p><p>Ensure accuracy and completeness of all packed materials to support successful event execution.</p><p>Label and organize items for efficient loading and unloading.</p><p>Receive returned items after events, verify against checklists, and report any missing or damaged property.</p><p>Clean, sanitize, and restock items in their designated areas.</p><p>Reset storage spaces to readiness for upcoming events.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Event Space & Inventory Maintenance</strong></p><p>Maintain the designated catering equipment room/storage areas in a clean, orderly, and well?organized condition.</p><p>Conduct routine inventory checks and notify leadership of low stock, maintenance needs, or missing items.</p><p>Ensure equipment is stored safely according to company standards.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Transportation & DOT Compliance</strong></p><p>Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations.</p><p>Perform required pre? and post?trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs when applicable.</p><p>Follow all safety standards to ensure secure loading and transportation of items.</p><p>Schedule required preventative maintenance as needed for all vehicles in the fleet.</p><p> </p><p><strong>General Duties</strong></p><p>Collaborate with event managers, culinary teams, and catering staff to meet event timelines.</p><p>Assist with occasional on?site event setup or breakdown as needed.</p><p>Consistently uphold safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.</p><p><br/>At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
