This role utilizes processes and procedures set by the logistics department to proactively manage the schedules of our inspector Teammates via our workforce optimization tool, ensure efficient routing to appointments, manage relationships with other departments to ensure customer requirements are being maintained, and use analyzed data to schedule field inspection teams efficiently.
