Presenting and discussing the status of LCU tasking and their respective requirements, activities, and concerns and keeping the government informed of any performance issues, cost or financial concerns, and potential problems that, if unresolved, will adversely affect performance, schedule or costs, while working to mitigate adverse impacts. Developing and providing documentation including but not limited to project, programmatic, financial analysis, tracking, scheduling, and configuration management, which includes gathering, organizing, and compiling pertinent data into spreadsheets, formatting the data, updating, and analyzing the data.
